Not just anyone can be a Mustanger!

The Mesquite Goodwill Ambassadors, “Mustangers,” have several openings for membership to this elite group of Chamber of Commerce members. The Mustangers work with the Chamber of Commerce to promote business growth in our community. 

If you are interested in having fun while volunteering your time, we invite you to learn more about the Mustangers! Being a Mustanger means you will get to know many of the community leaders and meet other leaders in our state and national government and business communities.

Requirements

• Be a Chamber member for a minimum of 3 months, and serve actively on a
  committee of your choice.
• Attend scheduled ribbon cuttings, ground breakings and grand openings.
• Act as host/hostess at the Mesquite Chamber Membership Luncheons.
• Attend P.M. Connections & Business Round-Up.
• Encourage Chamber members to attend activities and events.
• Attend monthly Mustanger meetings at the Chamber.
• Pay yearly membership dues – currently $25.00 per year.
• Must obtain a Mustanger red jacket. You may purchase a new red jacket or a used jacket from another or previous member. Other apparel may be required for various functions.
• Recruit new members for the Mesquite Chamber of Commerce
• Recruit new Mustangers.
• Attend special events as prescribed by the club President – Real.Texas.Festival. in April, New Teacher Luncheon in August, and Jingle Mingle event in December.
• Attend an orientation for new Mustangers.
